Paper Organization and I have not been friends
I was never a fan of trying to figure out the best paper organization solutions since adulthood. We had all kinds of paper, mail, permission slips, bills, tax documents, etc., and no system to maintain. There was always some type of paper lying around on any flat surface of our home. If we were expecting company, then it would have been most likely shoved it a drawer somewhere to deal with it later. “Later” would rarely come most times. Don’t worry if this is sounding familiar to you, help is on the way!
How did I get a handle on incoming correspondence, to do lists, and projects? I implemented the Sunday Basket® as part of my weekly routine. A couple of weeks ago my husband was looking for the sticker renewal bill for one of our cars. He had asked me if I had seen it, I walked over to my Sunday Basket® and handed it to him. Previously this may have taken me at least an hour to look through piles of paper stacked on any given shelf or table.
What is a Sunday Basket®?
A Sunday Basket® is a system that was created by Lisa Woodruff of http://www.organize365.com and it is amazing! I had found this about 2 years ago and tried to create my own system with supplies that I had. There were no products to go with the Sunday Basket® routine at that time, but there are now! I have found it easier to use when I purchased the products that were created to work with it.
I feel truly blessed to be able to get certified to teach the workshops and offer the products that were designed to go with the Sunday Basket®! Do you live in any of the Fox Cities in Wisconsin? Please check out my scheduled workshops here: http://www.raineydayorganizing.com/schedule
